Once the item has been shipped, NextGen Palette is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if any issues arise after your order has been dispatched.

• Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. These costs are calculated at checkout and help cover the expense of packaging and delivery, ensuring your artwork arrives in excellent condition.
